Natural Crystal Info
The crystals I use are natural stones and can have scratches chips or inclusions in the stones. This is part of their nature and part of each individual crystal’s beauty! No two crystals are exactly the same- please keep this in mind when ordering as your crystal will not be an exact replica as the ones pictured! The crystal I use for your piece is handpicked for each person AFTER purchase either from a local shop or my collection on hand. Your piece may not be identical to the crystal pictured-but it will be very close!
Please remember that the crystals are tiny pieces of the earth and should be worn with care. They can break if dropped or hit – be careful when wearing as I can not repair crystals or refunds if they are broken by the user.
Repair Services
I understand that jewelry can break from wear and tear. I offer free repair services on all of my jewelry, even if it is your own fault! Repairs are quick and easy to me, just send me a message & I will be happy to fix your piece for you!
However, if for some reason the CRYSTAL on your piece has somehow broken apart from dropping it or other impact, I will not be able to piece the crystal back together. SO PLEASE, STILL USE CAUTION AROUND YOUR CRYSTALS, THEY CAN BE FRAGILE!
There are no time limitations from when the item was purchased to use my repair services.
How long is your processing time?
All items are handmade and made to order. My current processing time is 5 business days (unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase).
Can you expedite my order?
An upgrade to priority mail is offered at checkout. However, my processing time still applies. If you plan to pay for priority mail and need it even quicker, I can often shorten my processing time if specially requested PRIOR to purchasing. Send me an email at [email protected] and I will let you know what I can do to help get it to you ASAP! If you are in a time crunch, I can also let you know which items I have already made so that they can be shipped out sooner ?
How long does shipping take within the us?
As previously stated, my processing time is 5 business days. Standard shipping within the US is then an additional estimated 3-5 business days. Or you can choose the upgrade to priority mail at checkout instead, which is estimated as only 2-3 business days.
How long does International shipping take?
International shipments normally take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive to it’s destination (usually just 2 weeks in my experience, unless it is around the holiday season when shipments do tend to take longer).
Please note: A few select countries, such as the UK, sometimes charge their citizens VAT customs fees when importing items. If any customs fees are imposed by your country on international orders, they are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. These are taxes from your country to its citizens and have nothing to do with the seller. In fact, it is not possible or legal for a seller to pay these fees.
Gift message & wrapping
All my jewelry is already packaged ready to give to your friends and family! If your order is a gift and you would like me to send it directly to a friend or family member, just enter their address into the shipping information. I also add a special note to every order, so if you would like the note addressed to someone other than the buyer, just let me know! ?
Returns / exchanges
I want to make sure you love the item you purchased! If you are unhappy with your item for any reason PLEASE let me know by conversation before leaving any negative feedback. Your satisfaction is very important to me and I will always do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your purchase! I will be glad to offer a refund or exchange.
